Why would you want to do group work?
Group work is very special because you get to interact with a bunch of people who all agree that you can take some risks and the people, act differently, say what’s really going on for you and the group will support you.
Every group will begin with a mindfulness meditation (grounding) designed to help you to become aware of your felt sense in the present moment. When you are connected to yourself you will be invited to share what is present for you, what you are aware of physically, mentally and emotionally. I am there to facilitate and build safety in the group with clear boundaries.

Group work is one of the most powerful experiences in life. When a group gets together wonderful things happen. The power of individuals focused on being present and honest together heals your body and moves you into feeling more alive and connected to yourself and others.
The group is playful and experimental, allowing for a new way of being to arise.
Art Therapy Group( 6 x 3 hours)
This is a 6 day group in which each art project is devoted to exploring your boundaries, sense of self, emotional body and how you interact with others which will bring awareness to the process of your life and delve into how you are an active creator in this world.
Workshops
Mindfulness Tea: How To Eat Your Way Out Of Stress (2 hours)
This is an opportunity to experience ourselves connected mindfully to the sublime experience and satisfaction of ingesting delectable food and sharing this magical experience with others. This is all about letting the moment of connection inform and move us. I expect everyone to have their own experience including lots of fun and laughter.
It's a workshop where you will learn about the physiology of stress and trauma as well as partake tea with your community...mostly partaking!
The Secret of Dealing with Stress (1 hour)
This workshop is designed to introduce individuals to their own physiological response to stress and show them real practical ways to move out of it so that they can live more free comfortable lives.
